The Process

The very first step is to ask our client for their logo and their concept to make their personalized keyring with logo. Based on the information, our team will make a logo mockup of the keyring with the desired color and design and send it to our client. In this process we will have to know the pantone number of the colors in the logo to match the color of the keyring which is very crucial in matching the logo colors to the ones in keyring and make sure the position of the logo in the keyring is appropriate. Upon revision the design can be changed if necessary. We can make logos on both side or only one side depending on the requirement. Different designs will be provided to choose from that are made up of different materials. The price hugely depends upon the materials used. Once the design is approved, we will discuss the av ailable models, production date and check the price and quality of each model. After we select the model that we want to order, we will order a sample which usually takes 5-6 days to make. Once the sample is ready, we will ship it to the client from China factory for final approval. After the samples are approved, we will need advance payment to start the production. Our team member in China will continuously monitor the process and check the quality throughout the process of manufacturing to see if the quality is in par and the production is finished on time. Products can be packaged in individual packing or bulk packing and packaging can be designed as per the requirement as well. Once the factory finishes the production, our team member will personally visit the factory to inspect the goods and check the quality. Upon approval we will ask for the final goods payment and dispatch the finished products. We will send photos and video s throughout this process to our clients. The final products can be shipped by air or by Ship. By air is costly but will arrive quicker than by sea. We can ship whole container or small quantities too (LCL). This all depends on client's urgency and will be dealt accordingly.

The garment price varies with the quality. Usually, cotton is expensive than other synthesized materials. In this picture the cotton percentage is 97 % and the rest 3 percent is spandex. This makes the t-shirt very good quality, but we can customize it according to our client's needs and the price depends on the quality and the quantity ordered. Chinese suppliers work to give quantitative results because that way they can only charge very little profit in each order which can be as low as 10-20 cents per product. We as a trader do will accept even lower margins when working on a large quantity because we can earn in a large quantity. Many factories won't accept the orders which are less than 10000 pcs. But we work with our partnering factories who are willing to work on less quantities for our clients because we give them continuous business. They will accept as low as 500 pcs combining different sizes from us.

The Process

Once the sample is ready, we will ship it to the client from China factory for final approval. We usually make 2 sets of samples and on will be shipped to our team member because when our client will order the product the team member has to check if the products are as per the sample they shipped. After the samples are approved, we will need advance payment to start the production. Our team member in China will continuously monitor the process and do the and check the quality throughout the process of manufacturing to see if the quality is in par and the production is finished on time. Once the factory finishes the production, our team member will personally visit the factory to inspect the goods and check the quality. After the samples are approved, we will get an advance to start the manufacturing process and date of production will be provided. In this process out team member will continuously monitor the process to make sure the production will be completed on time as per the required quality. He will match the sample he has to make sure the quality is consistent by visiting the factory personally. In this process the pictures and videos will be sent to client to keep them informed throughout the process. After goods are ready to be shipped, we will ask for the remaining payment and dispatch the goods to its final destination. The final products can be shipped by air or by Ship. By air is costly but will arrive quicker than by sea. We can ship whole container or small quantities too (LCL). This all depends on client's urgency and will be dealt accordingly. We also do door to door delivery but in this process the tariffs and tax will be paid by our client.
